About Me
I am a Clinical Psychologist located in Subiaco, Western Australia. I completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours), a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, and PhD in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Western Australia. I am 40 years old, and have extensive experience working in community settings. I am currently working privately with adult clients aged 18 and over. I offer face-to-face as well as online sessions.

I emphasise the importance of a safe and understanding therapeutic relationship, and I aim to collaborate with you to determine a treatment that best meets your needs. I am interested in exploring how your past is impacting on your present life, as well as understanding what is going on for you in the here-and-now.
My Services
I integrate several evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Schema Therapy, and Mentalization-based Therapy. I enjoy working with a range of presenting problems, including:
- Anxiety and depression;
- Recent, historic, and childhood trauma;
- Self-esteem issues, difficulty with assertiveness, and social anxiety;
- Relationship and parenting difficulties;
- Work-related stress and adjustment difficulties;
- Phobias;
- Emotional regulation difficulties.

I continue to engage with the most up-to-date scientific literature and trainings, to ensure I deliver a high-quality evidenced-based therapy.
Fees and Rebates
For a standard 50 minute session the fee is $265. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you will be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate of $141.85 per session for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year.
Private health rebates are available without a Doctor’s referral. You cannot claim both a Medicare and private health rebate for the same session. I recommend contacting your private health provider for information on psychology rebates, so you can decide which rebate will work best for you.
Please note that I do require 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations, and cancellations within this 48 hour period will be subject to a late cancellation fee.
